RCT Conservatives are delighted to announce that their candidate for the Senedd election is Tom Parkhill.
Tom, who has worked in Life Sciences industry for the last seven years in addition to his role as a County Councillor in Cardiff, is aiming to build on second place achieved by the Welsh Conservatives in the 2019 general election by providing a positive alternative to the 22 years of failure from Welsh Labour Government.
Commenting on his selection as Senedd candidate for Rhondda, Tom Parkhill said:
"I am delighted to have been chosen as the Welsh Conservative candidate for Rhondda. It is an honour to seek to represent the fantastic communities in the towns and villages of the Rhondda."
"I will be conducting a positive campaign, emphasising our plan to recover from the COVID pandemic by cutting waiting times in our hospitals, which are at record highs, helping businesses in the area to grow and create more jobs including championing our High Streets and by improving transport links, so towns and villages are more connected."
"I hope to join a strong Welsh Conservative team in the Senedd and deliver on our manifesto to provide 65,000 more jobs across Wales, 3,000 more nurses, 1,200 more doctors and 5,000 extra teachers."
