Following tonight's Annual General Meeting of the South Wales Central Area Group Council, RCT Conservatives are delighted to announce that two of its members were elected to the group's board - Cllr Joel James and Community Councillor Adam Robinson.
Both members currently serve as the Federation's deputy chairmen and it is a role they will be taking up on the Area Council as well, where they will serve alongside Cllr George Carroll, who was re-elected as the group's chairman.
Commenting on the successful election, RCT Conservative Chairman, Sam Trask, said, "I am absolutely delighted for Joel and Adam, and I know that they will do a terrific job on the area council. I have no doubt that the whole region will benefit from their drive and determination and I expect great things from them in the year ahead."
